Sharni Croxford-Knight

Sharni came to acupuncture after years working alongside other practitioners in the allied and alternative health space, so she has seen first-hand how different modalities work together and what it takes to support someone through their health.

She draws on classical acupuncture approaches and works in a way that’s gentle and collaborative. She’s interested in the patterns underneath your symptoms, and in looking at the physical and emotional side of things together.

Sharni has a particular focus on women’s health, fertility for both men and women, and stress and anxiety. If you’re feeling stuck, run down, or just disconnected from your body, she’s a really grounded person to have in your corner.
