Acupuncture Helensvale

Helensvale sits about fifteen minutes from our clinic at Paradise Point, one road for most of the trip. People come in for all sorts of things, sore backs and stiff necks, stress, sleep that’s gone a bit sideways, support through fertility and pregnancy. We already see a fair few people from Helensvale and Monterey Keys.

Connor has helped me so much with acupuncture, I am on very heavy pain killers for nerve pain and Arthritus, and after 2 or 3 sessions the nerve pain has diminished remarkably. Definately recomend !!!

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the drive from Helensvale?

Around fifteen minutes, twenty if the traffic’s against you, and it’s Hope Island Road nearly the whole way.

Is acupuncture the same as dry needling?

No, and we’re glad people ask. The training is different and so is the approach. We’re degree-qualified acupuncturists, and we’ve written a full article on the difference if you want the detail.

Can I claim acupuncture on Medicare?

No, Medicare doesn’t cover acupuncture. But private health extras can be a different story, depending on your policy.

Are you registered acupuncturists?

Yes, all three of us. Conor, Sharni and Rachel are AHPRA registered, which is the legal requirement for anyone calling themselves an acupuncturist in Australia, and we’re members of AACMA as well.
