Rachel is an empathetic and compassionate practitioner with a passion for holistic medicine. Having studied Chinese medicine and with a background in remedial massage, Rachel sees the many functions and systems of the human body and how they work together in unison to create life-long health and vitality.
Rachel strives to pinpoint and address the underlying cause of your symptoms to help achieve long-lasting results with a variety of treatment options. Rachel has a range of skills, including acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, guasha, massage, Chinese dietetics, Chinese exercise therapy, and Chinese patent herbal formulae. Her extensive knowledge in these areas helps to assist her clients in reaching their health goals in a safe and nurturing environment.
Rachel treats clients with a variety of different symptoms, though having had her own experience with hormone imbalance, Rachel has a particular interest in treating women’s health for hormonal imbalances, PCOS, and endometriosis. She also assists with fertility, IVF, and pregnancy support.
Rachel has a wonderful calming energy, which helps when she is treating clients for anxiety, depression, and sleep concerns.
