This plan will incorporate dietary and lifestyle guidance along with a Recipe E-Book

The session will last approximately 40 minutes and will involve an assessment of your progress, along with a review of any new pathology results. Additionally, we will update and refresh your treatment plan as needed.

The consultation will last around 75 minutes, specifically designed to enhance and optimize fertility for you and your partner. These sessions will involve a thorough examination of both of your current pathology reports and, if needed, a referral for additional pathology testing. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation of your body systems will be conducted, leading to the creation of a personalized fertility-specific treatment plan.

Nope! There is no difference, the consultation will run the exact same via zoom as it would if you were coming in person.

We express post all of your prescribed items to your home address!

This differs for everyone depending on their circumstance & health goals, however, I would generally recommend checking in once per month until you reach your goals & we can then space your appointments out from here.

Again this really depends on the individual & their health goals. I do however find most clients comment on how quickly they feel improvements & many have noticeable changes after as little as 2 weeks of beginning their treatment plan.
